Terms of Use

This website and the Studywise service are operated by Alpha Will LLP ("Studywise", "we", "us", "our"), a limited liability partnership registered in Malaysia. Studywise is a Schola Project initiative, powered by My Schola. You can reach us at ask@studywise.my.

By creating an account, subscribing or using any part of studywise.my, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What Studywise is

Studywise is an IGCSE Exam Improvement Platform for students in Year 7 to Year 11. It provides practice questions, instant marking, worked solutions, progress tracking and an exam readiness score. Studywise is a study aid. It does not guarantee any particular examination grade or result.

2. Who can use it

The service is intended for school students and their parents or guardians. If you are under 18, you may use Studywise only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf. A parent or guardian is responsible for the account and any payment made.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate details when you register.
• Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account is for one student unless a family or group plan is stated.
• Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, resell, scrape or redistribute the questions, solutions or any content, and not to share your login so others can avoid paying. You agree not to disrupt the service, attempt to access it without authorisation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are RM60 per month or RM599 per year.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Prices may change. We will give notice before any change affects your renewal.

6. Intellectual property

All content on Studywise, including questions, solutions, text, design and code, is owned by Alpha Will LLP or its licensors and is protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study while your account is active.

7. No guarantee of results

Studywise is a practice and revision tool. Grades depend on many factors outside our control. Predicted grades and readiness scores are estimates to guide study, not promises of exam outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Will LLP is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on the service, exam results, or any interruption to the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by Malaysian law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that is used unlawfully. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
