No Refund Policy

This website and the Studywise service are operated by Alpha Will LLP ("Studywise", "we", "us", "our"), a limited liability partnership registered in Malaysia. Studywise is a Schola Project initiative, powered by My Schola. You can reach us at ask@studywise.my.

All sales are final. Studywise does not offer refunds on any subscription payment, monthly or yearly, once payment is made.

Why we have this policy

Studywise gives you full access to digital content the moment you subscribe. Because the content is delivered instantly and in full, payments are non-refundable.

Try before you pay

We want you to be sure before you subscribe, so we provide free ways to test the service first:

A free live dashboard demo with real questions and instant marking.
Free practice questions with answers for every subject.
Free tools including the assessment test.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops any future billing. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not refund the current or any past period.

Billing errors

If you believe you have been charged in error, for example charged twice for the same period, contact us at ask@studywise.my within 14 days and we will review it.

Your legal rights

This policy does not remove any right you have under Malaysian law that cannot be excluded. Where such a right applies, it stands despite this policy.
